📱 Answering from Telegram? With office hours on, anyone who has connected Telegram and is set to Online counts as online during these hours, even with the dashboard closed. Visitors then see "We're online", the auto pop-up appears, and you reply from Telegram. Send /away to the bot (or pick Away here) when you're busy.
An AI assistant answers visitors from the business information you write below. When it can't help, or a visitor asks for a person, it hands the chat to your team and alerts you. As soon as anyone on the team replies, it steps back from that chat.
Choose an AI provider and save its API key below first.
Visitors chat in their own language and your team reads and replies in yours. The chat box gets a 🌐 button where visitors pick their language (the box's own text switches too). Each message is translated both ways automatically, including languages typed in English letters, like Telugu written “naaku help kavali”. You always see the original under the translation.
Translation uses the AI provider from 🤖 AI assistant. Choose one and save its API key first (the AI assistant itself doesn't have to be turned on).
The mailbox Volyte Chat sends email from: chat copies for visitors (“Email me this chat”), and alerts to your team for messages that arrive while you’re away. In cPanel, create a mailbox such as support@volyte.com under Email Accounts, then enter its details here. cPanel shows them under Connect Devices.
The AI provider (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…) and its API key are set in 🤖 AI assistant.
/newbot, then choose a name (e.g. “Acme Chat Alerts”) and a username ending in bot.123456789:AAH…. Paste it below.Automatic messages that pop up for visitors after some time on a page, like "Need help choosing a plan?". Each visitor sees at most one per browser session, and a chat only starts if they reply.
Banned visitors and their IP addresses can't see or use the chat. You ban someone from the visitor details panel (ℹ️) in a chat.

The dashboard plays a sound and shows a desktop notification for new messages when you aren't looking at that chat. Use 🔔 and 🔊 in the top bar to turn them on or off.
Copy this code and paste it into your website, just before </body> (or in the “custom code / footer scripts” box your website builder provides). It works on any site: HTML, PHP, WordPress, Shopify, Wix and more.

Copy integrations/whmcs/chitchat.php to includes/hooks/ in WHMCS and set CHITCHAT_SERVER to . Logged-in clients appear with their name and email.
Copy integrations/php/chitchat-widget.php to your site, set $chitchatServer to , and add <?php include __DIR__ . '/chitchat-widget.php'; ?> to your footer.
Open this dashboard on your phone and choose Add to Home screen (Android: Chrome menu ⋮, iPhone: Safari's share button). Then tap 🔕 to turn on notifications.
